As a county we are proud of the services our community teams provide. We have grown considerably in our community teams over the past few years and we need excellent people to continue our journey of innovation and development.
Lots of our patients have long term conditions and complex health needs. Working with us you could gain skills in a number of areas ranging from wound care management, catheter care, rehabilitation, IV therapies and end of life care.
The service operates from 8.00am until midnight. Applicants will also be expected to work weekends and Bank holidays on a rota basis.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a community setting however, if you don’t have this experience but really want to work in the community we still want to hear from you.
Working in the community means you need to be flexible and able to travel.
