COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSE (REF: MHS586)
Band 6: £27,635- £37,010 per annum
30 Hours per week, Fixed Term to 02/09/2019

An opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team within the Child and Adolescent mental health service. You will be required to work as part of the multi disciplinary team assessing and treating young people presenting with mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions. The post holder will be supported and supervised by the Team Manager within CAMHS. We are looking for an energetic Mental Health Nurse to effectively and efficiently provide a high quality service to children and families.

We work in line with the GIRFEC principles.

We have a well established supervision structure and actively promote CPD.

You must have an RMN qualification with relevant experience of working within a child and adolescent mental health setting. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the development of the team with a view to delivering a very high quality service to children and families.

The team is based in Scottish Borders with its beautiful countryside, coastline and proximity to Edinburgh.
