The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a thriving, efficient and profitable building whilst focusing on the company's key objective of providing exceptional customer service while maximising the profitability of the business, by providing exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities:

Leading and managing a team of all centre staff providing a "hand-on" management.
Incentivising Recruiting and motivating the operations and customer service team
Working in partnership with the sales team to ensure the smooth delivery of what new occupants have had offered to them
Facilities management Implementing of health and safety procedures (testing of fire alarms, facilities management etc.)
Ordering of stationery/supplies
Budget control
Being a point of escalation for any client queries/questions
Taking prospective new clients on tours of the centre and driving sales (in a customer service and non-pushy way) Negotiating renewals with existing clients
Assisting with client’s IT and Telecom issues
Providing exceptional customer service
Assisting with client move ins and outs
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Develops annual budgets, control expenditure and maximise revenue to achieve financial objectives
