The main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
This is an exciting role within the companies current structure, designed to support the Community Gateway Manager in delivering social value contractual commitments across a range of contracts. This is a highly rewarding role, where you will be a Corporate Social Responsibility champion in the business and play a large part in organising and delivering community projects which support employment, apprenticeships, education and training.
The ideal candidate should have good basic knowledge of HR, with an interest in learning and development.
