A key part of your role will be to regularly measure, review and communicate the benefits this work is having on the community.
We’re looking for an individual with experience of community development and previous success in supporting individuals and groups to make their local community a better place for everyone.
You will be confident working in local communities, building and developing relationships with a wide variety of people, groups and organisations.
Your ability to design and facilitate community engagement events will mean that a diverse range of people will want to get involved in opportunities to develop their local community.
Whilst you will be part of a team, day to day you will be working independently in the local community. Therefore, you will be comfortable planning your own workload, working with minimal supervision and managing an allocated budget.
