Reed Community Care are currently looking for a care worker to provide support to a young person with complex health needs within their own home.

The work will be community based and you will be required to visit the service user in their home to provide 1.1 support and assistance as required.
The objective is to keep the service user safe at all times as well as using your expertise and skill to maintain and enhance their quality of life.
The person requiring support has the following health conditions:
• Four limb Cerebral Palsy.
• Severe Learning Disability
• Hydrocephalus with VP Shunt
• Visual impairment (VI)
Rates of Pay & Hours
• £10.00 per hour.
• Monday / Thursday / Friday (10am – 12pm and/or 4:30pm – 6:30pm)
• Tuesday / Wednesday (9am – 11am and/or 4pm – 6pm)
