Newcross Healthcare are seeking Complex Care Assistants to work in and around the Bristol area.

The Complex Carer Role

As a naturally compassionate person, you will play an essential part in delivering high quality, person-centred care to every individual that you encounter.

We are seeking dedicated carers to work within several positions in the local community, whilst also supporting and promoting the independence of all the service users that you encounter.

We require care assistants that have been trained in medication administration and have prior experience of providing community support although refresher training will be provided.

Drivers are desirable as some of our service users are located in rural locations.

Local Branch

Our local Bristol branch is located on the second floor of Colston Tower, in the middle of Bristol's city centre. Making it easy to access to individuals travelling from Bristol and the surrounding local areas.

The Requirements
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 3 months previous paid experience working in nursing and residential care homes
  • Referees from all employments (and places of study if applicable) of the past 3 years
  • A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months, or be willing to book onto a Newcross course
