Our client is transforming how they deliver training to increase reach, applicability and impact to our diverse associates across the globe. At a time of significant change the communications specialist will drive consistent, clear and engaging internal communications to drive engagement in and understanding of our clients strategy and how it supports their growth

Taking strategic communications direction from the more senior digital change and communication resource, the position reports to the global deployment director and works in coordination with the Leadership team to drive consistency of messaging and ensuring brand governance across the functions.

*Execute initiatives that engage internal stakeholders towards understanding and championship of the MU strategic shifts, increase advocacy for products and approach
*Develop and drive a rolling annual internal communication plan, differentiating by stakeholder group (e.g. MU, top 250, all associates) with tactics that will engage and inspire associates at all levels to develop themselves and or their teams.
*Using simple, impactful and modern (digital solutions), design and lead internal communication tools and channels e.g. MU community calls, steering team and learning council communications aimed at increasing internal communication and engagement
*Develop, and execute internal publicity efforts including identifying newsworthy opportunities, articles, News You can Use and all central communications
*Support activity managers with consistent launch messaging for strategic, MU product initiatives
*Maximise Yammer, sharepoint and other tools (e.g campaign manager) designed to facilitate efficient, effective and engaging internal communications across the organisation on behalf of clear messaging for associates and stakeholders

*Minimum of 6 years of experience in communications a track record of implementing internal communication programs which achieved measureable results
*Excellent project management and organisation skills, combined with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, working under pressure and delivering within tight deadlines.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written including the ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization.
*Leadership and Business Communications: fluency in English and copy writing experience essential.
*Digital media communication knowledge and experience
*Proven ability to get a variety of internal clients to provide quick and appropriate information
*Knowledge of learning in FMCG and current influences would be useful
