Excellent Communications Specialist Job working for a Financial Service Organisation
Your new company
This is one of UK's leading financial services organisation which is under growing rapid growth with offices opening worldwide. They have a newly established team based in London, working on the development and implementation of a new apprenticeship strategy for existing employees.
Your new role
You will Identify and analyse apprenticeship training vendors. You will be responsible for establishing and managing processes, and maintaining all levels of communications to create clear objectives for the wide strategy. You will be the main point of contact with the stakeholders, ensuring that all employees are working in roles which align to the relevant Apprenticeship Standards.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had significant years' experience in Financial Services industry (regulatory and commercial environment). You will also have a strong knowledge of UK apprenticeship landscape. A track record in successful communication experience is an advantage, as well as effective organisational ability. Above all, you will have excellent written and communication skills, with the confidence to interact with the team.
What you'll get in return
