About the Role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Central Business Team at Burgess Hill. We are looking for a Communications Officer to work closely with our business team leads, ensuring that our internal and external communications are enhanced and aligned with the values of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business team leads to improve and maintain internal and external communications.
- Ensure all communications reflect the school's values.
- Take minutes at leadership meetings.
- Occasionally attend evening meetings, with notice given and adjusted hours (latest finish time 18:00).
- Utilize IT tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft programs.

- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of IT, including SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and develop in a dynamic role.
