Based in the Marketing & Communications team, this individual will enhance and develop the online and media profile, contributing to all areas of press, social and broadcast media, alongside the web-based activities.
The post will also include some internal communications and also introducing speakers at public lectures and contribute to a range of activities including event preparation, filming, webcasting and transcript reading.
Please note, evening attendance is likely to be 2 evenings per week for which you will receive time in lieu.
This is an initial 6 month contract would the possibility of extension.
It is essential you have extensive experience of communications with a focus on public relations and media. A track record of creativity, innovation and successful implementation of ideas is also required.
You will also have a strong background within online/digital communications.
Experience of the education sector would be advantageous however there is some flexibility in regards to your sector background if you have a passion for the education sector.
