LMA's client are an established global hospitality company and are looking for an interim Communications and Employee Engagement Manager for 3 months with a potential view to a permanent opportunity.
This is a standalone position which sits within HR and has dotted lines into the marketing team.
The employee engagement survey has been done and part of this role will be collating and communicating this to the wider business.
Other key aspects of the role will include the quarterly magazine which needs to be published as well as weekly emails to be communicated to the business.
Upcoming GDPR initiatives will be very prominent within these internal comms.
The role will report into the Head of OD and the start date is ideally 16th April.
