Communications Administrator to start ASAP!!

My client is a leading name in the Communications field. They are looking for a Team Administrator / Assistant to start ASAP on a fixed term contract. Daily duties will include cross checking information, editing documents, updating budgets,liaising with clients, updating the system, raising invoices, and supporting the wider team. The role would suit someone who wants long term to go into the communications sector, and someone who can start immediately. Suitable applicants will hold the following skills and experience:

- A desire to work in the Communications field long term

- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel

- First class communication skills, ability to liaise at all levels

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to use your own initiairtve

- Free from next week, on an ongoing / fixed term contract basis
