Two Communication Managers are required to support my client to develop engaging internal communications to help win hearts and minds and ensure everyone understands the role they have to play in the journey ahead of them.
The focus at all times will be on building, reinforcing and celebrating an organisational culture that strives for excellence and high performance.
Reporting into the Head of Communications and working in a small team, you will:
- Shape and deliver the corporate internal communications plans.
- Develop an internal stakeholder strategy and a variety of activities to ensure active engagement with, and from, all employee groups.
- Create opportunities for employees to share their ideas, and to provide feedback on key initiatives to help shape our improvement plans and ensure optimum engagement.
- Use employee feedback to help drive selection of communications channels and evolve messaging, for maximum impact
Strong written skill set is a must for this role. Due to the urgency of this hire candidates with 2 weeks notice maximum will only be considered.
