You will be working on the PiggyBank short-term Loan product to focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction through communication that addresses customer needs.
The position is full time with a salary of £20,000 - £25,000, ?dependant on experience.
- Edit current and create new comms to meet the tone and visual identity of the company.
- Make comms process improvement recommendations.
- Working as part of a team towards monthly targets.
- Translate business objectives into communications objectives and generate ideas and plans to meet them.
- Provide support to the comms teams, who deliver our high standard of customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- An effective communicator
- Strong experience of planning, driving and managing multi-channel communications.
- Proven track record of being able to create communication copy based on an understanding of the customer needs and customer profile
- Self-motivated, quick thinking and keen to show initiative
- Efficient at managing own time and communicating with colleagues.
