Leading integrated agency are looking for a Comms/CX Planner to work with a household name blue-chip financial client who have recently invested heavily in their customer data solutions and technology to significantly improve their customer engagement. You would be joining at the start of a 6 month project with a view to taking ownership for define and improving customer journey and experience across the business.
You will be taking the lead on designing customer journeys, touchpoints, channels and messaging. take strategic ownership partner programs and ensuring that they meet or exceed expectations including delivering creative specifications. You will be executing digital media programs across multiple platforms including direct display and programmatic display.
The successful candidate will need:
- Strong CRM experience, ideally including agency side experience
- Expereince of planning and executing comms programs across digital and direct channels
- Experience of designing customer journeys
- Experience of inspiring and managing the creative process
- Strong communication and presentation skills
This is an initial 4 month project but may roll on from there and also has the potential to turn into a permanent role
