This role will take ownership for tracking and reporting of Commissions performance for the designated region, as well as forecasting and analysing spend against plan to support your budget holders. You will then be expected to credibly present findings on target, performance, and commission plan recommendations to some of the most senior executives within the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a confident business partner who can articulate themselves well in front of any audience, meaning strong communication skills are crucial. You will need to be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) with 3 - 5 years PQE, whilst Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA) and modelling skills would also be beneficial.
