Reed Business Support are recruiting for a well-established and reputable financial services firm in Newcastle who are looking to appoint a Commissions Administrator on a full-time and permanent basis. 
Our client offer state of the art offices with luxury facilities and great career progression. They also offer an outstanding monthly bonus!

This role is full-time and permanent working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 with an hour for lunch.

The role will be offered at national minimum wage depending on age. 

Our client offer a fantastic ** £500 per month ** bonus which will add £6,000 per annum on to your basic salary!

Duties will include;

- Handling daily incoming and outgoing post for UK
- Processing commission statements accurately and efficiently
- Photocopying and scanning
- Day to day use of Microsoft Office - Express, Word and Excel
- Preparing and producing reports to enter an Excel document
- Any other duties assigned within the Commission team

Person Specification;

- This would be an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to establish an office-based administrative career 
- Organised in approach
- Able to work to deadlines
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn and develop
- Able to work as part of a team but also under own initiative
