Working in a wonderful environment for a private members club. Great opportunity to work in all of the different outlets to gain maximum experience to further your career on the site.

Assisting in preparing and cooking dishes, and keeping a written record of recipes.
Assisting the Chef du Partie and Demi Chef du Partie in maintaining stock levels of all produce, and maintaining the cleanliness of the fridges. Assisting in producing mise en place to meet requirements set out by the sous chef.

You should have a keen interest in food and cooking
Basic food hygiene certificate
NVQ levels 1 and 2- either completed or working towards completion
Flexibility and adaptability
