Our client a prestigious leisure facility based in Broadstairs are looking for a Commis Chef to join their growing team.
The restaurant sits 100 people and meals range from a traditional carvery to freshly prepared seasonal meals for all types of catering events including weddings & social functions.
The role will involve preparation and cooking of food as requested by the Head Chef, report defects and stock shortages to Head Chef. To assist the Head Chef as required, maintain good stock rotation. To work in a methodical organised fashion, keeping all areas Clean & to cover the Sous Chef in their absence.
Salary up to £17,000 dependent on experience.
