The role is perfect for an ambitious and professional Commis Chef, that would want to be part of the drive to further the business and respond to new trends.
As a Commis Chef, you will need to assist senior chefs to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen, delivering the highest standards every time, as well as be compliant with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
To be successful, you will need at least one year's experience in London as a Commis Chef as well as strong knowledge of seafood or Odessa style cuisine.
To the Commis Chef, we can offer salary up to 23k with expected 48 expected working hours per week. The kitchen starts work at 10 AM, last orders at 10:30 PM.
