Our Client, a luxury 4 star 2 AA Rosette Country Hotel is looking for a Commis / Chef de Partie / Junior Sous to join the team. They are looking for Chefs with experience of working within a high level busy professional kitchen and a Chef who has worked with fresh food and someone who is creative and passionate in their cooking. Carlisle is one of the most beautiful areas in the country.
The Restaurant draws inspiration from both traditional English fayre and classical French cuisine refined to reflect the expectations of our guests. Our Bar & Brasserie offers contemporary and informal cuisine.
The highly skilled kitchen brigade serves up to 50 covers service with a modern British menu with all ingredients sourced within the area from the best local suppliers. The menu is seasonal and there is also a specials board which changes daily depending on what the suppliers have in fresh on that day so you will gain more knowledge with frequently changing menus. They also cater for private functions.

Salary will be paid depending on experience if you have a Rosette or Michiline experience prefered .
