We are looking for a Commi Chef with hotel experience or in a similar busy high quality operation. Perhaps you are living in London and fancy relocating to the South Coast and working in a top five star hotel producing high quality food in our Rosette restaurant. We have been named as one of the '30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality' by The Caterer Magazine.
We are looking for a Commi Chef to work in our Rosette fine dining kitchen. You will be working in a brigade of 5 producing quality fresh dishes. Have at least one year's experience in a Rosette or Fine Dining environment. Level 2 Professional Cookery or equivalent. Good attitude, work well under pressure and have a good command of the English language.
£18,845 - 48 hour contract
Working five days a week Tuesday - Saturday split shifts.
Restaurant closed Sundays and Mondays.
Need to be living in the UK so you can get to a trial shift.
Staff accommodation available, including full board to help with relocation
Free meals on duty.
28 days holidays per annum including bank holidays
