Having a sound knowledge of a mix of company law your work will include but not be limited to dealing with: company acquisitions and sales, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, terms of business and also commercial property matters. What’s needed for me to be considered?
- NQ through to 5 years + PQE working within a Commercial environment
- Proven experience managing your own caseload
- Superior drafting and writing skills as well as possessing an excellent ability to communicate
- Ability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets and manage deadlines
- Current knowledge and skills in compliance with continual professional development
- Strong client care, IT and business development skills
