My client is currently looking for a Commercial Solicitor to work within the Commercial Department, who is willing to work out of both the Dorchester & Poole offices. The position will involve working within a busy team of laywers and support staff, on a range of company/commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts), private equity/investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions. 

This role will suit a solicitor with 5+ years PQE, who has proven experience of corporate transaction work and a willingness to further develop their skills within company/commercial law.
