SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Commercial/Sales Administrator to be based with one of their clients in Derby. This role is a full-time position, working a 37.5 hour week, and is going to be on a temporary to permanent basis.
The client are looking for a strong administrator but also someone who is confident being on the phone, liaising with suppliers, clients and chasing up quotes.
Day to day duties for this role will include:
Building knowledge of internal pricing processes and procedures
Using the quoting system and CRM
General sales administration support
Following up potential new business, quotations and upselling where possible
Providing management with data trends and analysis
Providing data reports at meetings including quotations won, lost and values
Supporting with Customer Services
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience of the above duties alongside a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes. It is important that you are personable and have the ability to build relationships, along with having the confidence to follow up quotes over the phone and deal with clients on a day to day basis.
You must be available immediately or at short notice for this position as it will initially be on a temporary basis.
