A great opportunity for a Commercial / Residential Property Solicitor has now arisen in our client’s busy department in Romford, Essex. With a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors who can demonstrate a solid background in Property transactions alongside excellent client care. Your caseload will be diverse and interesting including: landlord and tenant matters; freehold and leasehold transactions; development projects; re-mortgages; transfers of equity; sales and purchases; drafting and renewals; auctions and; negotiations. Hitting the ground running, will be comfortable handling high-value transactions. Additional experience in supervising junior members of the team would be highly advantageous.
The successful Lawyer, will be joining a professional team and communicate in a clear and concise manner at all times. A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.

Additional experience supervising a team is advantageous.
Available to start on short notice.
