In this key role, you will work as part of a team to build a competitive market share within the area, together with building a pool of candidates and supporting existing contracts.
With a proactive approach you will generate leads to maximise the business opportunities for the branch. With an emphasis on customer care you will build relationships with clients to negotiate contracts to supply both temporary and permanent staff in the commercial sector.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the search and selection process. Customer service experience is essential together with problem solving skills, as you will be needed to react quickly to provide staffing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment and/or sales.

Full time, permanent role. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
