Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor 2pqe +
Location: Cardiff, hybrid
Salary: £45K - £65K
Hours: Full Time

THE FIRM:
A Top Tier modern Leading Legal 100 law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. They are considering applications from 2PQE to Partner Level. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture. This firm is Vibrant and full of opportunities. You will be joining one of the larges property departments in Wales.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
* Managing your own varied caseload of complex files
* Supervising the junior members of the team
* Networking and business development
* Advising Housing Associations/ Registered providers in England and Wales.
* Section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, large-scale disposals etc.

EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Solicitor minimum 2 PQE in Commercial Property Law
* Experience working with and avoiding housing associations
* Experience as a team leader
