A superb opportunity for a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent Top 100 firm in their Cardiff offices.

This firm is on the lookout for newly qualified solicitors with up to 2 years' post-qualification experience, meaning this would be a great opportunity for candidates looking to carve out a place for themselves in commercial property with the backing of a prestigious, friendly firm.

The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. You will deal with all types of non-contentious property transactions, including: leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases. The work will include larger transactional deals often involving innovative construction methods, sustainable development and complex commercials.
