A high street firm in Derby with traditional values and a strong client base is looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor or legal executive to inherit their own caseload of commercial property matters.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit team of two other senior level commercial property solicitors and will benefit from paralegal and secretarial support. You can expect to work on traditional commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and development projects.

This role comes with a lot of autonomy, so interested candidates will have the confidence to work on matters independently.

The firm is flexible on PQE level and is considering both junior level (with strong technical capabilities) to the more senior level. They will also consider offering this role on a part-time basis for the right candidate.
