The firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to work in its office in East Yorkshire.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor with experience across all aspects of Commercial Property law to manage their own caseload at a thriving firm with an established and varied client base. Your duties may include: sales and purchases of small businesses and companies; purchases of industrial sites, retail units, offices and development land; covenants and title matters; new leases; assignment and termination of leases; sale or development of commercial property and land; overage and option agreements and; financing and re-mortgaging property. Additionally, experience in agricultural matters would be an advantage. This position is offered on a full time, permanent basis, although part time applications will also be considered. You will be experienced in all aspects of Commercial Property law.
It would be advantageous to possess experience in agricultural matters.
