You will ideally be a qualified or soon to be qualified solicitor from NQ to 1 year PQE, with exposure to residential, commercial or agricultural property and an interest in specialising within agricultural and commercial property matters long term.
You will ideally have exposure to unregistered land, brown field work, commercial property, rural land and farm ownership matters or associated rural and commercial property work. However, strong candidates within residential property background will also be considered.
This particular firm is a niche practise with many high value rural and commercial clients, specialising in commercial work for high value investor clients and the energy sector. Alongside this the firm also specialises in rural clients and agricultural property matters. Ideally the junior solicitor required will have exposure to some property transactional work within these sectors, this may include: agricultural law and rural businesses, agricultural tenancies, wind or solar farm agreements, agricultural property relief matters and wider commercial property exposure within this niche rural sector.
