Working within a specialist department with talented and experienced lawyers; the successful candidate will enjoy a high-quality workload acting for a wide range of commercial clients. The caseload may include development matters; real estate portfolio management; property finance and landlord and tenant matters. A varied and demanding role suited to a confident professional seeking to further their career within a leading practice.
This role is ideal for NQ Solicitors or individuals who are soon to qualify.
The successful applicant must have taken a seat or have experience in a commercial property department.
Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and be a team player.
You will be commercially aware with a detail-orientated approach.
