We are now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice in Bristol. As part of a growing department, the successful Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of acquisitions, letting, funding, development and construction. Acting in complex, high value matters, the ideal Solicitor will enjoy a high level of client contact from the outset, also participating in managing junior members of staff and business development activities.
This is a demanding position, offering exposure to a high quality, complex caseload; a competitive salary and benefits package and; career progression prospects for the right Solicitor.
A solicitor with 1-6 years PQE would be suited to this role.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
