Commercial Property Solicitor.

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor looking for high value complex commercial property work within a highly regarded boutique setting. For this role, you should be open to working with a senior partner and assisting on complex and high value workloads. 

You will be a qualified solicitor either and NQ or recently qualified candidate would be ideal. 

Ideally you will have had experience networking within Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands area. The role will be to manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and will require high level of technical ability, initiative and a high sense of importance towards client service.

This particular firm deals with client and property portfolios for families across generational lines and some of their clients have been with them for three generations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with landlord and tenant, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, commercial mortgages, guarantees, development work, LA Agreements, portfolio management and development work.
