My client is a regional and rapidly growing firm with an excellent reputation in the regional market.

Due to ongoing successes, the practice has a requirement for an ambitious Solicitor with 3 years + experience to join their expanding Commercial Property team and to manage their own case existing case-load. You will lead from the front, working directly with clients from day one, developing an existing client base and covering a variety of Commercial Property matters.

The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
