The Role As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and property finance.
Work closely with an established client base of developers, investors, and landlords.
Help develop the department, supporting junior lawyers and enforcing best practices and processes.
Contribute to business development, leveraging the firm’s strong reputation and network.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law.
Strong technical knowledge and client management skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach with experience training and mentoring junior team members.
Commercial awareness and the confidence to help grow the firm’s client base.
