A rare opportunity within a market leading commercial law firm has arisen for a talented and experienced commercial property Solicitor. You will be joining one of the UKs leading real estate team operating across a variety of sectors including private residential, social housing, rural and agricultural, leisure and retail, public sector and corporate owners and occupiers.
The firm are looking to hire someone (either Solicitor or Senior Solicitor level depending on PQE) with expertise in the above areas of property law. You will be joining a high performing team in Cardiff and take an active role in its growth and development. The work is of a very high quality and you will gain excellent experience under some market leading Lawyers.
Experience and skills required
- A qualified Property Solicitor / Lawyer with post qualification experience (min 2 PQE) gained at a leading National, regional or city firm
- Commercially astute
- Excellent academics
- Client focused and technically sound
- Personable with a 'cando’ attitude
- A team player
- Someone who has a keen interest in business development and building client relationships
- Excellent IT skills
