The Client:

A leading, Legal 500 practice based off Chancery Lane with a fantastic reputation. The firm represent a range of clients from sports teams to ultra-high-net worth international investors.

The Opportunity:

A highly attractive opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor has been created within this leading department. This position will allow you to manage your own caseload acting on sales, purchases and lettings of commercial property for a range of clients. You will have autonomy within the role to make decisions and develop new processes that will improve business efficiency.

You will be offered support from Management and a competitive remuneration package.

What do I need to apply?

Ideally 3 years' experience of working within Commercial Property as a Solicitor or Legal Executive

Experience in acquiring and disposing of freehold and leasehold premises

Experience in negotiating commercial leases and acting for property developers

Used to dealing with domestic plot sales and leases of multi-occupied commercial premises
