This highly-regarded and established firm based on the south coast are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate for their client based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a UK leading law firm, with offices across the UK. Their clients are commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.

Reporting to the Partner this is an opportunity to join a large commercial real estate team which acts in all areas of real estate, from single property sales and acquisitions to landlord and tenant work, portfolio transactions and site assembly and development. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills within a supportive and thriving team.

Previous experience of some or all of the following is expected:

- Granting and taking of leases

- Options and agreements for leases

- Investment dealings

- Break notices

- Licences to underlet, assign and alter

- Property management matters

- Good retail sector knowledge

Person specification:

- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE - applicant outside this PQE will be considered

- Confident and personable

- Commercial approach

- Property law expertise

- Excellent communication skills.
