A role has come up within one of Oxfordshires strongest commercial property team who are looking for a solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team dealing with a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, property finance and development matters across a broad range of sectors. Their first rate reputation in this area of law leads to a steady flow of good quality commercial work from both local and national clients. It is envisaged that you will be able to show upwards of 1 years experience of working within a commercial property team in you current or recent role.

In addition to the technical side of things you will also have the opportunity to get involved in the business development and networking activities of the firm to develop the department further. This area of law is one which the firm sees as a key area of development and you will therefore become integral to the continued success and of the department right from day 1. The department is of a size that is able to offer a supportive working environment but small enough so that your contribution and hard work is recognised, appreciated and rewarded
