Offer | £26,000 – £30,000 per annum

We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years of experience in property law who is looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Typical duties will include:

• Supporting solicitors with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and landlord & tenant work
• Managing and maintaining client files and transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all stages
• Liaising with clients, third parties (e.g., agents, landlords, tenants) and other professional advisers to obtain information, exchange documents and progress matters
• Conducting title, lease and charge reviews, preparing reports for fee-earners and identifying issues or risks to address
• Assisting with time recording, billing, WIP monitoring and general administrative support to the team

The successful candidate will have:

• Around 1–2 years’ paralegal or trainee experience within commercial property or real estate matters
• A sound understanding of commercial leases, property transactions and relevant documentation
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal – and ability to work as part of a team while taking initiative
• Proficiency in using case management systems and standard office IT applications
