Having been established for over a century, the firm has a range of loyal clients, including high-street shops, through to larger retailers and national companies. As a result, you will be able to get involved with a truly varied commercial property caseload.

This is a really great opportunity for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with at least 12 months commercial property experience to handle a strong, high-quality caseload and become part of an established firm. The ideal candidate should have a passion for commercial property law and is willing to create strong relationships both internally and externally by supporting the varied caseload wherever needed.
This is a fantastic opportunity that has come around due to expansion and will see the successful candidate working directly with a partner on a matter of cases specialising in agricultural and rural commercial property matters. Daily duties will involve assisting on a broad range of Commercial Property matters including but not limited to dealing with initial enquiries, provide basic advice to the department's clients, attend meetings, draft documents and correspondence and conduct legal research.
