A Commercial Property Paralegal is required for an excellent opportunity to join a leading Midlands commercial property department in Lichfield. Salary is highly competitive but dependent upon experience.

Our client is a market leader is expanding at the moment. They are offer a full range of commercial property legal services with a successful and working alongside partners and senior associates you will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. You will have support from the Head of Department to ensure that the services given to clients are first class.

Background wise you could have gained experience within a city, large regional, small regional or high street firm. What matters realistically is that in terms of the level of applicant you should have come from a reputable law firm and taken responsibility for your own matters, You should have a minimum of 12 months tangible commercial property experience at paralegal level with opportunities for candidates with 2,3 and 4 years experience also at this level as a suitable caseload of work would be made available to you.

With regard to training contracts the firm wish to state that whilst no immediate provision for a training contract can be given, ultimately if this is your wish it is an achievable aim however it wouldn't be something that would be on the table during the first calendar year.

Applications from re locators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to living and working in the South Staffordshire corridor of the West Midlands.
