The Client:

A progressive and well established full service Legal 500 firm based in Kent with links across London. They are highly regarded within the region and are accredited across multiple platforms. Due to expansion are looking for commercially minded ambitious individuals to join their firm.

The Opportunity:

Managing your own caseload and supporting senior fee earners your work will include but not be limited to dealing with: exchanges and completions; SDLT forms; investigating title; financial matters; plot sales, amongst others. You will work within a supportive environment and with the opportunity to progress if you are able to demonstrate your aptitude for the role.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Have at least 1 years’ sector experience working within a commercial property environment
  • Qualified to degree level
  • Able to generate fees following predetermined targets
  • Good drafting and writing skills as well as possessing an excellent ability to communicate
  • Strong client care, IT and business development skills
