Our client is a Lexcel accredited firm based in Bedfordshire. The firm offers a full range of services to a wide range of clientele in the local area and across the wider London and South-East regions. The firm is dedicated to providing an accessible, clear and low-cost service to its diverse clientele, with many of its staff able to deliver advice in a second language. Currently the firm is looking to employ a Commercial Property Paralegal to add to its growing team of specialists in Bedford.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for Commercial Property Paralegal with a minimum of six months experience in a Commercial Property department. The ideal Paralegal will have experience of assisting fee earners with a range of matters and as such shall provide high quality support on legal and administrative aspects such as: case preparation, conducting research, attending client meetings and drafting documents across a variety of Commercial Property disciplines including sales and purchases, leases and refinancing arrangements. It is also envisaged that this role will involve assisting members of the team with aspects of networking and marketing. A working knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, will be a useful attribute for this position. Be a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months experience in a Commercial Property department;
Ideally have completed your LPC but this is not essential;
Have excellent communication skills;
Possess strong IT skills;
Have a working knowledge of SAR rules;
Have good drafting and writing skills.
