Commercial Property Owners Account Handler

Boxtree are currently recruiting for an experience commercial property owners account handler with exposure within commercial and residential property owner’s insurance.

Account Handler Specific Responsibilities:

  • Completing comprehensive fact finds to compile a list of clients demands (inclusive of business/property description)
  • Being involved in new business, renewals, claims and MTA’s
  • Ensure compliance with all rules within the business and externally - e.g payment, FCA regulations
  • Completing and issuing all necessary documentation
  • Updating systems regularly
  • Assist with end of month reports

Account Handler Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in insurance (or a solid knowledge and background of the role)
  • A good knowledge of commercial property
  • Ability to work to target
