An excellent opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join my client's tier one ranked team in Cardiff. Due to significant growth within this area they currently have new opportunities for two newly qualified solicitors to join the team.

The teams of property and construction specialists work with developers, landlords, contractors, housing associations, universities, and house builders. They offer expert advice for commercial property deals, major construction projects, planning issues, property disputes, property finance, insurance claims and renewable energy.

The Commercial Property team deliver focused strategic advice and are highly respected as being at the forefront of commercial property development in Wales working with a broad range of developers, investors and portfolio occupiers.

The successful candidate will be acting on behalf of some leading commercial clients, managing your own caseload of files and assisting senior members of the team with their work.

This position would be perfect for ambitious lawyers who are looking to really progress their career and join a team of hard-working and driven indiduals. You will be instrumental in the continued successful growth of the department whilst enjoying your own development and rewards for contributions.
