RM Associates is delighted to be working with a well respected Financial Services firm based in Leicester, our client is looking for someone to come and join their team working on commercial property. This is a key role and you will be focused on managing all aspects on the commercial property side. This is a great opportunity to really make this role your own and push forward your career.

This is an extremely hands on role and you will be managing transactions with the purchase and sale of commercial property.

Duties will include:

  • Act on instruction from clients

  • Liaising with Financial Advisers, Chartered Surveyors, Solicitors to discuss the progress of property purchases

  • Support the Legal team to prepare legal documentation such as transfer deeds, sale contracts

  • Review leases and licenses and other legal documentation

  • Review new leases and deed variations for clients with existing property

  • Processing amendments with Solicitors

  • Processing transactions with the property lifecycle such as lease renewals, rent reviews, loan account dealings, insurance renewals and rent invoicing.

You will have experience within an estate agent or financial services working within commercial property, this role is for you to shape so you will need to take ownership of this team and queries. You will have strong leadership skills and good attention to detail. Our firm offers career progression with strong staff development and will pay for relevant professional qualifications
